Eligibility Criteria

About AIBE XXI
- AIBE is a mandatory exam for all advocates to obtain Certificate of Practice (COP)
- Conducted by Bar Council of India (BCI) as per Section 49(1)(ah) of the Advocates Act, 1961
- The exam is open book — candidates can carry bare acts to the exam hall
- Passing AIBE is mandatory to practice law in any court in India
