Pro Tip: CTET certificate now has lifetime validity — there is no need to re-appear once qualified. If you are targeting central government teaching jobs (KVS, NVS, Army Schools, etc.), CTET qualification is mandatory. For Paper II, choose your subject area wisely — Maths & Science or Social Studies — as switching is not allowed after submission. The Child Development & Pedagogy section (30Q) is common to both papers and is heavily theory-based — score well here to secure your qualifying marks. You can apply for both papers with one form and one fee (₹1,200 / ₹600).
