Pro Tip: BSNL JTO direct recruitment is rare — the last recruitment was years ago! With only 100 posts, competition will be very high among engineering graduates. The exam in August 2026 will test your core Telecom/Electronics/CS engineering knowledge. Focus on signal processing, network theory, digital electronics, data communication, and BSNL-specific telecom topics. Apply before 03 July 2026 and prepare intensively for the written exam. The OBC category has only 10 seats — extreme competition, especially in Telecom/EC engineering.
