Selection Process
- CBT Stage I: Computer-Based Test — 75 questions, 60 min — shortlists candidates (ratio 20:1 to vacancy)

- CBAT: Computer Based Aptitude Test — mandatory for ALP; tests vision, psychomotor, and cognitive abilities
- Document Verification: ITI/Diploma/Degree, caste certificate, and age proof in originals
- Medical Fitness: Vision standard A2 (distant vision 6/6 corrected, near vision Sn 0.6 corrected); colour vision is critical for ALP
