Selection Process
- Online Exam: Objective test covering General/Financial Awareness, General English, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning — conducted by IBPS on behalf of SBI
- Local Language Test: Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in the local/state language of the circle they are applying for
- Document Verification: Graduation certificates, caste certificate, and ID proof in original
- Engagement as Apprentice: For 1 year at assigned SBI branch — performance reviewed for NCVT certificate
